Southern Biodiesel Corp. was founded in 2008 by Carolina Castro, a biomedical engineer, who saw great potential in the field of biodiesel production.

The company’s goal is to strike a balance within South Florida’s delicate ecosystem which includes Everglades National Park, Biscayne Bay and the Florida Keys, while at the same time promoting an environmentally sensible product and pressing for energy independence for Americans.
